On Wednesday, May 27, 2026, Salisbury Mayor Taylor and his leadership team worked alongside HALO staff to connect directly with the guests HALO serves every day, offering an extra helping of love and compassion in a warm, welcoming environment that exemplifies the HALO mission, "Love 'Em Like Jesus."
The service opportunity reflects the City’s continued commitment to community engagement and
supporting organizations that make a positive impact in Salisbury.
“Opportunities like this remind us of the importance of coming together as a community,” said
Mayor Randy Taylor. “We’re grateful for organizations like HALO that work every day to
support individuals and families facing difficult circumstances, and we were honored to spend
time serving alongside their team.”
