Legal immigration is nation-building; illegal immigration is unacceptable

Baltimore, MD—host to one of the nation’s highest crime-rate communities—has now been listed by the DOJ as a “Sanctuary City”. A few residents interviewed in response to this label, as well as the Baltimore County Executive Kathy Klausmeier, refute the DOJ’s identification of Baltimore as a Sanctuary City.
These residents aren’t woke, they’re simply not awake to the trouble that follows illegal immigration. I’m all for legal immigration, just abjectly against illegal entry into these United States and there’s no denying a direct correlation between illegal trespassing and crime.
"Baltimore County is not a 'sanctuary jurisdiction. We believe our inclusion on this list was in error. Our Office of Law is currently contacting the Department of Justice to correct this mistake” objects Klausmeier. The DOJ currently lists 13 states (including D.C.), 4 counties, and 18 cities as Sanctuary Jurisdictions across the U.S.
