    “The Talbot County Drug Task force is a cooperative enforcement effort between the Maryland State Police, Talbot County Sheriff’s Office, Easton Police Department, St. Michaels Police Department, Oxford Police Department, Maryland Natural Resources Police and the Talbot County State’s Attorney’s Office. “

    Incident: Search Warrant/Arrest

    Date/Time: 4/4/2024 @ 1200 Hours

    Location: 502 Glenwood Ave, Easton MD 21610

    104 Blake Street, Easton MD 21601

    Suspect(s): Glenn Stephen Lewis, A/A/M, D.O.B 11/28/1952

    Kasel Tyree Seth, A/A/M, D.O.B 7/29/1987

    Assisting Personnel: Easton Police Department SWAT, Maryland State Police Strategic Operations Group- East and Gun Enforcement Unit-East, Queen Anne’s County Drug Task Force, Easton Police Department Patrol, Talbot County Sheriff’s Office Patrol/K9.

    Synopsis:

    On Thursday April 4, 2024 at approximately 1200 hours, members of the Talbot County Drug Task Force assisted by Easton Police Department SWAT, Maryland State Police Strategic Operations Group- East and Gun Enforcement Unit-East, Queen Anne’s County Drug Task Force, Easton Police Department Patrol, and Talbot County Sheriff’s Office Patrol/K9 executed a search and seizure warrant upon Glenn Stephen Lewis, A/A/M, D.O.B 11/28/1952, 502 Glenwood Ave, Easton, MD 21601, as well as the curtilage/property located at 104 Blake Street, Easton, MD 21601.

    Glenn Lewis was located on the property of 104 Blake Street along with Kasel Tyree Seth, A/A/M, D.O.B 7/29/1987 at the time of the warrants.

    A thorough search of Glenn Stephen Lewis, 502 Glenwood Avenue, and the curtilage/property of 104 Blake Street was conducted which resulted in the seizure of 18.6 grams of suspected Crack Cocaine, 4.6 grams of suspected powder cocaine, U.S currency, as well as evidence of distribution.

    A search of Kasel Seth revealed Seth to be in possession of a glass smoking device containing trace amounts of suspected crack cocaine. Seth was also found to have an outstanding arrest warrant for FTA.

    Glenn Lewis, was placed under arrest for CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine, CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute Powder Cocaine, CDS: Possession Not Cannabis (Crack Cocaine), CDS: Possession Not Cannabis (Powder Cocaine) and CDS Paraphernalia.

    Seth, was placed under arrest for the outstanding arrest warrant and was also charged with CDS: Possession Not Cannabis (Crack Cocaine)/ CDS Paraphernalia.
