Special Counsel Robert Hur released his report on the investigation into Joe Biden’s possession of classified documents found in his garage, offices, and basement den.

By the end of the day, the president held a press conference with the White House press corps that evolved into a very heated defense.

Biden took great umbrage that he was criticized by the Special Counsel for a faulty memory and the press challenged the 80 year-old president about whether he has the mental acuity to run for re-election.

President Joe Biden emphasized that he “did not share classified information,” although the report concluded otherwise.

He also blamed his staff for the handling of classified documents and saying he only took responsibility for “not having seen exactly” what they were doing.

“I take responsibility for not having seen exactly what my staff was doing,” Biden said, when asked by a reporter if he took responsibility for being careless with classified material. “Things that appear in my garage, things that came out of my home, things that were moved -- not by me but my staff."

When the Special Counsel’s report addressed the fact that Biden did not remember when his late son Beau Biden died one the two days in October 2023, the president said he was then thinking, “Who the hell’s business was that?”

Joe Biden became emotionally irritated and annoyed when addressing this.

The White House strategy is clearly trying to contain the Special Counsel’s report fallout that only adds to the question whether Joe Biden is mentally fit to be president.

The report concluded that Joe Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified documents about foreign policy and handwritten entries he made about foreign policy.

Biden is now trying to put the best spin on what the Special Counsel concluded.

The investigative report references lapses in memory by the president.

One reporter asked Biden, "How bad is your memory and can you continue as president?"

Biden sternly replied, "My memory is so bad I let you speak."

Another reporter in the room asked the president if he believed his memory had gotten worse. Biden replied with great irritation.

“My memory is fine,” said the president.

"None of you thought I could pass any of the things I got passed. How did that happen? I guess I just forgot what was going on," Biden snidely stated.
