• DOES MARYLAND HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR ELECTIONS?

Only if you think there is a problem with certifying elections using voting systems with void certifications or no certification and hundreds of thousands of Maryland voters being disenfranchised.

Maryland has not had a legitimate election in quite some time. The past two November elections in 2020 and 2022 highlight this truth perfectly. It was recently brought to my attention that an event was held in Maryland regarding election integrity and the disenfranchisement of close to 200K Maryland voters through the rigging of elections through the use of illegally adjudication of ballots as being 100% blank.

During my work in Maryland with Walter Charlton and Natalie Abbas in connection with the Gibson Group case, I learned a great deal about the state of elections in Maryland.

It was a great exercise and we learned a great deal about the administration of elections using voting systems with no legal or voided certifications.

In Maryland we confirmed the use of “BALLOTS CAST - BLANK” to disenfranchise voters and significantly impact the outcomes of elections.

We were able to identify to the precinct level throughout Maryland exactly where the fraud was occuring.Subscribe

We were able to identify that the machines used in Maryland elections were never properly nor legally certified according to Maryland law.

We were able to confirm in Maryland that elderly voters are being unwittingly used to finance a massive election fraud RICO operation at a scale and scope that now threatens the financial existence of the entire corrupt campaign finance enterprise.

All of the facts were apparently too much for some Talbot County Maryland voters to bear in person at an event held to publicly discuss these dire circumstances.

The event saw not one last minute cancellation by the venues, but two. They found a last minute alternate venue and were able hold the event. The outrage crew soon after took to the interwebz to feign outrage that people dared to question their alternate reality of free fair and fraud free elections.

One of those “TRIGGERED” was Phil Jackson who personally attacked the presenters of information. The only problem is that Phil Jackson’s “FACTS” are anything but factual.

Phil served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a “Best In Class” radiology company for 13 years. So Phil is a technology expert… Helping government agencies reimagine their digital experience for their constituents.

Phil’s position on the subjects presented certainly have a great deal with reimagining the irrefutable reality of the state of Maryland elections. Now Phil clearly has a bias towards one side winning and not towards the non-partisan position of free, fair and transparent elections.

As a technology expert Phil should be well versed in audit logs, system logs, event logs, admin logs, and source code.

If Phil is so convinced that there are no issues with Maryland elections then he should join the concerned Maryland voters in their quest to obtain the audit logs, system logs, event logs, error logs and source code for the voting systems used to administer elections in Maryland.

It is within these audit logs aka (PUBLIC RECORDS) that the irrefutable proof squarely resides. Anyone worth their salt wearing a CTO hat would surely agree with this statement. Well…Anyone with a shred of intellectual honesty and integrity that is. Are these qualities that Phil possesses? Let’s find out…

Phil Jackson I challenge you backup your position with the contents of the voting system audit/error/system/config logs. You are certain that you are correct right?

I will even help you out and give you a head start with some “FACTS” that you will need to begin your process.

In Maryland elections are administered using DS200 and DS850 Tabulators. What does ES&S say a “BLANK BALLOT” is…

Phil incorrectly claims that a BLANK BALLOT is a blank page of a ballot that was cast. Unfortunately for Phil Jackson a ballot that was cast that had some marks but not all of the voting positions filled in is called an “UNDERVOTED” ballot.

We will know how the tabulators were configured when Phil obtains and looks at the Machines Configuration Report.

If there were undervotes then the voters who cast their ballots would be notified that they had cast a ballot with undervotes and they would be prompted to confirm the casting of an undervoted ballot.Subscribe

If you are a Maryland voter and you did not color in every ballot position you might have seen this screen.

If you cast a ballot and you had over votes and undervotes on a ES&S DS200 Tabulator you should have seen the following.

Does this screen look familiar to you? If you filled in multiple ballot positions in the same race because you didn’t want a vote to go to any of the choices available and left other positions with no vote you would have seen the messages above and below.

You must however, confirm that you made a choice to cast your ballot.

If you did not correctly fill in the vote positions with a pen that the tabulator could read you might have seen a screen that identified you ballot as having “UNREADABLE MARKS”

Did you recall ever seeing this screen after casting a ballot? If you use the wrong type of pen or marker this is a very distinct possibility.

This brings us to the “BLANK BALLOTS” being cast.

Here is where things get VERY interesting. The only way that such a high volume of “BLANK BALLOTS” could be cast unknowingly, is for the tabulators to be purposefully configured to accept the “BLANK BALLOTS” . The prompt above would never appear.

If the prompt was never presented to the voter trying to cast a ballot, nobody would know that the ballots that they cast had been adjudicated as being a “BLANK BALLOT”. Thus not giving the voter an opportunity to correct their “BLANK BALLOT” and the voter is officially disenfranchised with their right to cast a ballot being interfered with and their ability to cast any votes have been taken away from them. So much for the consent of the governed…

Can any reasonably prudent or intellectually honest person claim that so many voters in Maryland cast ballots that had not one voting position filled in?

Lets look at how many “BLANK BALLOTS” were cast in Maryland.

Let’s look at Montgomery County. Do you really believe that 7.77% of Montgomery County voters cast a ballot with zero votes on it?

Can someone explain how or why people would cast 2,547 “BLANK BALLOTS” provisionally?

Casting a provisional ballot can be quite painful for a voter and an election administrator. Who in their right mind would do this and not vote for anything on a ballot? Not one vote for any candidate or for any ballot measure? Really?

Can someone explain how or why people would cast 6,630 “BLANK BALLOTS” during early voting?

Can someone explain how or why people would cast 2,753 “BLANK BALLOTS” on election day?

Looking at MAIL IN BALLOTS aka MB1 and MB2 we see some really high numbers…

    NOTHING TO SEE HERE….

How about Baltimore County? How did they do? Only 26,845 voters cast a “BLANK BALLOT”, 6.41% of every voter who cast a ballot had their right to cast a ballot interfered with.

The ES&S systems generate a report called the EL30A Report. It breaks down how the “BALLOTS” are cast to the precinct level.

In this Baltimore County precinct 25.22% of all the ballots cast by voters were “BLANK” meaning that there were no marks in any voting position. How does this happen?

Blank ballots being cast in such large numbers are a clear indicator of either voting system machine hardware errors, software accuracy errors, machine tampering, or some other illegal activity used to materially affect the outcome of an election. In this particular precinct in Baltimore County Maryland over 25% of all the ballots cast by voters have been classified as “BLANK BALLOTS”.

What do these numbers look like across all the Maryland Counties?

    PRINCE GEORGES COUNTY

    BALTIMORE CITY

AND THEN THERE WAS HOWARD COUNTY…

NOTE THE # OF BLANK BALLOTS CAST…

A whopping total of 12 “BLANK BALLOTS” or 0.01%

    How is this possible?

DO YOU SEE A TREND IN THE BLANK BALLOT DATA?

What happened in 2022? Lets take a look… Magically there was an increase of “BLANK BALLOTS” being cast in 2022. Why?

WHAT IS GOING ON IN MARYLAND ELECTIONS?

The figure above is a screen shot from the ES&S DS850 Tabulator Operators Manual. The “BLANK BALLOTS” definition is VERY clear… It is not an undervoted ballot.

If so many Maryland voters are not really casting “BLANK BALLOTS” then there must be errors and inaccuracies occuring during the elections.

The United States Elections Assistance Commission EAC - has something to say about voting system accuracy…

HOW MANY ERRORS DO THE ES&S VOTING SYSTEMS HAVE DURING MARYLAND ELECTIONS?

That information would reside in the audit logs, system logs, event service logs and error logs.

Maryland election officials have been refusing to produce these public records to anyone that has been asking. Why? What do they have to hide?

They might be concerned about the fact that the DS200 Tabulators had modems attached and in use during the elections.

Why would this possibly be a concern?

What happens when the ES&S DS200 Tabulators have a modem attached?

ADDING A MODEM TO THE DS200 TABULATOR WILL VOID THE EAC CERTIFICATION OF THE VOTING SYSTEM IN ITS ENTIRETY…?

MARYLAND CERTIFICATION OF VOTING SYSTEMS RELIES UPON THE EAC CERTIFICATION…

This is the very same EAC Certification that would be VOID if a modem or network device were attached to any of the DS200 Tabulators in use…

Where are the machine configuration reports? Where are the audit logs?

Prove to us that there were no modems attached to any of the DS200 Tabulators…It’s easy to do just print the audit logs and let us review them…

    1. How do you certify elections administered on voting systems with an EAC Certification that has voided in its entirety?
    2. How many errors can we expect to see in the audit logs? More than 1 in 125,000 occurrences?
    3. Were the Tabulators accessed remotely via the attached modems or network devices?
    4. How many Maryland voters in every precinct were disenfranchised and had their right to cast a ballot interfered with? Was it a mechanical error or was is misfeasance or malfeasance?

Every single voter in Maryland should be gravely concerned… Every single voter in America has the right to cast a ballot and to know that their ballot was actually cast and every one of their votes were accurately counted…

Perhaps, we could have Phil sit down with us and review the “FACTS” with the audit logs, system logs, error logs, machine configuration logs and he can try to use his imagination to help the Maryland election administrators dream up an imaginative way to say that the voting systems used in Maryland have EAC Certifications that are not VOID in their entirety or meet the minimum requirements to be used…

Well, Maryland did manage to get one of their citizens appointed US Senator from California. What an accomplishment (not)!

The government officials of maryland refuse to turn over evidence of election fraud? The corruptocricy should be eliminated in the most expeditious means possible.
