Fight Voter Fraud, Inc. has taken significant action against potential voter fraud by delivering evidence of double voting in federal elections to the FBI offices in Bridgeport, West Virginia; Baltimore, Maryland; and Charlotte, North Carolina.

Linda Szynkowicz, Founder and CEO of Fight Voter Fraud, Inc., personally delivered evidence of suspected double-voting cases to the following FBI offices.

    • Bridgeport, WV: Evidence of 6 individuals who potentially voted twice in recent federal elections.
    • Baltimore, MD: Evidence pointing to 33 individuals suspected of double voting in federal elections.
    • Charlotte, NC: Evidence concerning 25 individuals suspected of double voting in federal elections, along with substantial supporting documentation.

“I felt it was important to hand-deliver the evidence directly. These individuals are registered in multiple states, potentially as double registered and double voters. I emphasize ‘potentially’ because we are not law enforcement; during federal elections, the FBI has jurisdiction to investigate these matters,” said Szynkowicz.

Federal law, 52 U.S.C. § 10307(c), states: Whoever knowingly or willfully gives false information as to his name, address, or period of residence in the voting district for the purpose of establishing his eligibility to register or vote, or conspires with another individual for the purpose of encouraging his false registration to vote or illegal voting, or pays or offers to pay or accepts payment either for registration to vote or for voting shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. The law also states: Whoever votes more than once in an election referred to in paragraph (2) shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

Fight Voter Fraud, Inc. is committed to working with law enforcement agencies to identify, address, and prevent voter fraud, safeguard the integrity of our elections, and ensure that our mission of “One Vote For One Legal Voter”™ remains intact.
