For those who say that there's no politics in school, they're either extremely ignorant or part of the liberal interference scheme to deflect and create disinformation by saying it isn't so. Liberal political agendas and indoctrination is alive and well in our public schools.
On November 5, 2024, Donald Trump was elected as the next president of the United States. With the Harris-Walz ticket receiving only receiving 37.44% of the vote in Worcester County, a double standard has been revealed in the county's public school system.
The day after the election, the Principal of Snow Hill High School posted a message on the school's facebook page:
In the first sentence, the principal violated the First Amendment right of every student.
Regardless of a student's political views, they have the right to celebrate a candidate they support or who was elected to be the next President of the United States.
In the second sentence, the principal revealed that he doesn't know U.S. History, or at least pretends he does. He's a principal of a school and doesn't know that the United States of America is a Constitutional Republic and not a Democracy.
Or does he?
He also claims that the school values diverse viewpoints and is committed to foster an "inclusive space" where all students can concentrate on their learning.
Is that so?
He then concludes, "thank you in your support in maintaining a respectful and focused educational environment."
This is what totalitarianism looks like: Government suppression, diversion, and a directive to fall in line.
The big question is, would this same message have gone out if Kamala Harris had won? Hold that thought.
Shortly after, the principal walked back his words by editing the original post. Either someone corrected him, or he later realized that what he did was illegal:
He removed the first sentence, but kept the oppressively-woke language. Since the school system chooses to use an oppressive system of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (D.E.I), we will apply their own language and unit of measure to assess them in their D.E.I. dilemma. From his post, we can see that the principal expressed both implicit and explicit bias, resulting in an implicit prejudice toward Trump supporters.
Implicit bias (unconscious bias) refers to attitudes and beliefs outside our conscious awareness and control. Implicit biases are an example of one's thinking, so we are unaware they exist. (Greenwald & Krieger, 2006).
Explicit biases are biases we are aware of on a conscious level (for example, feeling threatened by another group and delivering hate speech as a result). (Greenwald & Krieger, 2006)
Implicit prejudice is the automatic, unconscious attitudes or stereotypes that influence our understanding, actions, and decisions. Unlike explicit prejudice, which is consciously controlled, implicit prejudice can occur even in individuals who consciously reject prejudice and strive for impartiality. Unconscious racial stereotypes are a major example of implicit prejudice. In other words, having an automatic preference for one race over another without being aware of this bias. (simplypsychology.org/implicit-bias.html)
Let's take a look at a past post, where the principal was NOT concerned with all students being able to concentrate on their learning, violating the dress code, maintaining a respectful and focused educational environment, or impartiality.
The principal at SHMS, grades 4-8 offered counseling for students the day after the election.
There's no written record as it was mentioned over the loudspeaker during morning announcements. It was confirmed from multiple sources, including faculty and students.
Is post-election counseling by the school a good thing? Not hardly. It's actually illegal under the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA).
The Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA) applies to the programs and activities of a state education agency (SEA), local education agency (LEA), or other recipient of funds under any program funded by the U.S. Department of Education. It governs the administration to students of a survey, analysis, or evaluation that concerns one or more of the following eight protected areas:

It just goes to show the sneaky stuff public school systems do behind closed doors when children are absent from their parents. The school system violates laws and parental rights every single day.
Would counseling have been offered to students if Kamala Harris had won the election?
If Kamala Harris had won, it is doubtful the same message would have been posted or counseling offered to the students the day after the election.
It is more than obvious that there are administrators, principals, and faculty that refuse to accept that Trump won the election. As a result, personal political views affect judgement, which results in partiality. Authority is then misused to oppress the free expression of those who think differently than the liberal establishment. Those who would celebrate a Trump victory is a liberal annoyance that must be controlled through such mechanisms. One of them is the fallacy that the U.S. is a Democracy, when it's not.
A double standard is most definitely revealed. This is how failed D.E.I. implodes in on itself, as a system of hypocrisy. These are just a couple of examples of the many who propagate discriminatory Socialist-Marxist ideologies throughout Worcester County Public Schools. Meanwhile, the majority of the board sits on their throne of lies saying: "there's no politics in schools."
These are not educators; they're political indoctrinators.
