    Four candidates for the Talbot County Board of Education participated in a forum sponsored by the Talbot County Chapter of Moms for Liberty on September 23. All candidates were invited to participate. The two incumbents, Candace Henry and Anna Howie, did not RSVP to multiple invitations.
