This week's Education Emergency is a combination of both Education craziness and just general government ridiculousness from the United States and across the world.

Remember, last week he was telling Maryland officials about a $1 plus billion dollar deficit. This week, he's talking to dolls in Chicago. Yeah, he's in charge for sure.
