In reference to Scott Rensberger's video--specifically about lead pipes for Oxford tap water. I've lived in Oxford for 25 years. I buy spring water for all my drinking water. Have never trusted Oxford water because of lead and published arsenic levels. I too, don't understand the delay in conducting this important study related to health concerns of residents and restaurants.
