It's been clear in the past month that the government, media and the medical community are gearing up to create another "pandemic." Suddenly news reports are using words like "uptick" and "variants." The current resident of the White House, in between vacations, issues a statement to people to get the Covid vaccine and booster. Colleges like Morris Brown and Rutgers are instituting mask mandates and, in the case of Rutgers, expelling students who are not vaccinated.

Parents who had school aged children in 2020 and during the rest of the Covid scam, will remember how schools locked down, cheating children out of educational development. They will remember their children having to sit in school with oxygen depriving masks for 6 -8 hours a day.
Parents fought back then. We got masks out of schools. We said then we would never allow them to do that to our children again. But we also knew they would try.
Will they do it in your child's school? Here's how you'll know.
Does your Governor, State Legislature, or State Superintendent of Schools believe in mandatory masks and vaccines?
Maryland State Superintendent Mohammed Choudhury wore his mask for years, even when the "pandemic" was said to be over. He is a big mask-a-teer.
Did your local school board institute a mask mandate in 20-21?
This school board instituted a mask mandate even when they didn't follow it themselves. In the above picture you see the former President of the school board with her mask pulled down while children were scolded for doing so in school. This Board kept parents out of Board meetings using Covid as an excuse. If parents told stories about their children coming home with masks like the one below, this Board did NOTHING to stop masking children. If your Board did this, you might have a Board who will put your child in a mask again.
Some ignored information like this:
If you have a Board who did these things, you probably have a Board who will mask your kid again AND demand the Covid vaccine despite the educational deficits, the mental and physical damage of both. They will use a compromised CDC and NIH to rationalize their actions.
If you had County Commissioners/Council Members who praised the actions of their local health departments in coercing schools to mask and promote vaccines to minors, you may have an issue. (In our area we even had a county official bragging that his child wanted the vaccine for his 12th birthday. No, really.)
Don't forget the Teachers' Unions as well. Both of the National unions supported and even demanded masking in 2020. They will do the same now.
Let's hope we are wrong, and they won't try this again. Honestly, however, we really didn't think they would do it the first time now did we?
The first time they did, parents eventually came out in force to fight what was going on. Eventually, the systems backed down. Except they have kept these ideas in their back pockets.
So, what do you do if you have a Board who did this before and who might do this again?
First, keep attending school board meetings and PAY ATTENTION! Listen for clues like references to Covid and preventive measures. Pay attention to whether Board members are wearing a mask now. Educate yourself on the procedures in state and local law regarding mask and vaccine mandates. Forewarned is forearmed.
Ask Board members, your Superintendent, and school administrators what they think of masking kids in school. If they won't answer, that also is a sign.
Carefully review any and all papers you are required to sign at the beginning of the school year. Many parents don't realize that they may be signing away their rights to control medical procedures being done on their children, it's generally called a medical release form that schools talk parents into signing each year. Do NOT sign any school forms without completely understanding what you are signing and what it allows the school to do without your permission.
Some states are now allowing children as young as 12 to get vaccines and other procedures without your permission. Make sure you talk to your child about this before school starts. Help them understand the negative consequences of masking and the Covid vaccine. Tell them they need to talk to you first before they do something that cannot be reversed.
Be a presence in your school and listen to any conversations between staff and other parents about possible mask mandates. Are staff members masked? If so, that might be a clue that masks on kids are coming.
Have a backup plan in case you must remove your child from school at a moment's notice. Look into online programs for schooling and have relatives ready to step in and help.
Get other parents organized so that as soon as a policy is put into place you have a petition campaign ready for signatures, an e-mail writing campaign designed to happen immediately, and a plan to go to school board meetings and speak out against mandates. Back up your points with data about academic losses, medical and mental health hard particularly for the younger students.
We don't know for sure what the politicians and bureaucracy have planned for us as we head into 2024. But we have seen in the past that once they start down this path, it is hard to stop, especially if we are not ready. Let's stop it before it begins.
