Devon Archer testified before the Congressional Oversight Committee earlier this week.

Archer testified about Hunter's business dealings, then Vice-President Joe Biden's call-ins on speaker phones with Hunter's foreign business colleagues when Hunter and Archer were both on the board of Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company. 

Archer also testified according to the transcript that what Hunter had was the Biden "brand" because he was the son of the Vice-President of the United States. 

"Burisma would have gone out of business if it didn't have the brand attached to it," states Archer in the transcript.
